How can i make prompts in Ascending order

I am using Desktop intelligence XIr2. In my report i have to make my prompts in Descending order. Any work around this…please…

Can you explain what you mean by descending order? Are they not in Alphabetical order?

Put numbers in front of your prompts 1., 2., 3. and so on
