How can I empty the cache automatically?

Help! :wah:
I encountered the following problem with WebI 2.7.4 on HP-UX

In WebI 2.7.4 when I load a corporate document it gets stored in the cache. STORAGEDIR. /apps/……/WIData/Storage/docs.
When I close WebI and log in again and open the same document again, it is opened from the cache.
This also happens when there is a more recent version of the document made and published to the repository using the full client.

Restarting WebI doesn’t seem to empty the cache. I guess I tried everything by now… :hb:
The only option that worked was deleting the .rep files from the cache-directory manually.

Is it possible to change the settings for WebI 2.7 somewhere to force cache to empty automatically? (on every login?)
Or another useful solution is of course also most welcome!

It’s been a while since I used this version, but I don’t think it’s possible to clear the cache prior to everylogin.
But - the reason why restarting webi does not clear the cache, is that it relies on the parms in the WIStorageManager - so change the recycle rates in there, but be aware that if you set this very low, it will degrade overall performance.
