In Infoview, my client is able to open and refresh a Webi report but after doing so, if she tries to press the “Home” or “Document” menu selections, her session hangs. This has happened in repeated tests. Her browser settings appear to be correct and she is using the same version of Java as the rest of us, here, 1.6.0_04.
The same document has run successfully on another machine, for a different user, so it seems like a configuration issue. I’m just not sure where to head with this next. Any suggestions?
You seemed to have checked the pertinent issues. Perhaps uninstalling java and let BO reinstall may work? She hasn’t updated her browser to say IE9, been seeing issues with that.
Have you logged on as a different user on her machine to replicate the issue? (Wasn’t sure if that was what you meant before)
