Hierarchy input control - sql server (non bex BW) dat source

Hi there,
I would like to set up a webi input control based on a hierarchy so that the values cascade.

I’ve set up a hierarchy in my UNX universe under the parameters/LOV area. However, when I create the input control in webi I dont see the “Tree List” option.

Is this feature only for BW data sources and not sql server databases? Or am I creating the hierarchy in the wrong place?

Raised a ticket with SAP and the answer is no, not supported on sql server universes.
