I did similar thing for Send menu and I had to change headerPlus.jsp located in:
$BOBJE_HOME/tomcat/webapps/businessobjects/enterprise115/desktoplaunch/InfoView/main/
I am not aware of any other ways.
Interesting… I filed a case with Bobj this morning on how to limit displaying send to options. Here is the run around I got. I also asked him to send it on to enhancement group, once I received answer on phone call instead they just closed the case. I had also told him my changes would be for all my groups and users.
Also what could they possibly do to make their phone system any worse. Nothing like the sound of loud whooshing static while on hold.

Problem Description Spoke to customer he wants that send to e-mail option to be greyed out from Infoview. And if that’s not possible he wants to change the error message which pop’s up.

Problem Description After checking with Parvez(SME) i told the customer that it is the limitation of the product that we can only greyed out the complete send to option for a user but will not be able to greyed out the single e-mail option ,although we can disable it but can not greyed it out , as it is the product limitation.
