This happened to us, in a test upgrade… BO mentioned it as something that they might address in 5.02, but I would call them on it - and post here if you get any insight, we are doing a real migration in 3 weeks.

We upgraded over the weekend to Business Objects 5.0 and WEBI 2.5. Everything went well, but now the users cannot see their Personal Documents.
They can see the Corporate Documents and Inbox documents just fine.

We were doing a test upgrade and found the same thing. There is a patch out there for 5.0 and 2.5 that will fix this problem.

Again, I have had this referred to as a sometimes /probable product defect with BO… I tried this 3 times (upgraded a server), and 2 of the times my personal docs (and mail) did NOT come over

Maarten, I see the folder Program Files\WEBI\Storage with all the personal
documents, so I know they still exist
