Version: SAP BO Dashboards 4.1 Support Pack 6 Patch 2
Issue: When opening any dashboard file or starting a new file, the “Canvas Properties” window is viewable but I am unable to click into the window. This started happening all of a sudden one day and, I am unable to modify any component properties as a result.
Failed Fixes:

Deleted all the “regedit” key files - this reset the placement of all my windows but I was still unable to click into the properties window.

Restored to default all the Preference tab options and tried to enable Live Office compatibility. This previously worked with Xcelsius 2008 but it did not this time.

Re-installed SAP Dashboards - on the same machine, I got no resolution and even on a machine that has never had Dashboards, I was still unable to click into the properties window.
Please advise! I am stuck and not sure what else to try
