Help regarding training materials for BO Certification

I am planning to start preparing for BO Certification exams, kindly help me with the below questions.

1.Where can I download exam preparation materials? Are these materials free?
2.I read about the e-learning for the exams is this free or I have to pay for the e-learning course? How to register for e-learning?
3.I am Planning to take up BOCP- BOE which is 3 exams, I want to know is there is a timeline between taking the 1st exam and the last exam?
