I have install an application SAP BI on my galaxy tab 6800 7.7 Android 4.0.5 os on june 6th and till now iam unable to connect to my BO server :nonod: :nonod: . iam new to the mobility. it shows me the follow connection setting
1.connection name (required)
2.mobile server url (required)
3.CMS (required)
4.username (required)
5.password
and i have a doubt that for mobile server url, can i use the blackberry server exchanger url for it please sort me out
and have him/her assign you a user & password for SAP BI BusObjects
Even better ask him/her to pre-configure these settings on the SAP BI Mobile server, done in one of the properties files in Tomcat. That’s what I did for a client.
Otherwise, look at help.SAP.com for the manuals, please.
Note: As far as I am aware Android 4.x is not yet supported for this App, and indeed at a client the App would just shut down when running on Android 4.0! Only Android 2.x - 3.x are supported as far as I am aware for now..
Thanks for your reply but unfortunately iam trying my self
as you mention “done in one of the properties files in Tomcat.” could you please mention me clearly to my email "vishal.guttula(@)gmail.com please as iam working myself on it
I kindly suggest you read through the manuals for SAP BI Mobile available on: help.SAP.com
and put some of your own elbow grease to it…
And do not forget: the SAP BI Mobile Android App is not supported on Android 4.x yet. And no, there is no work-around aside using an Android 3.x device instead or waiting for the next version of the SAP BI Mobile App for Android.
i have tried all my effort toward it but i am struck on the tomcat configuration could you please provide a screen shot or a detail as i have tried the sap notes also but iam unable to understand the configuration in tomcat.
it will be greatful if you provide some of your experience with me
Could you please help in accessing BO4 Infoview on Andoid phone using the Android App?..any pre-requisities, steps to follow, settings any which needs to be done, any snapshots…
I have complete my documentation unfortunately iam unable to post my document here    if anyone need help just put me up with my mail vishal.guttula(@)gmail.com.

Xcelsius Dashboards (mobile/HTML5) do not work/are not supported on Android devices at this point in time, only iPad. A new SAP BI Mobile App/SP will come out sometime with support for Xcelsius Dashboards/HTML5
As Andreas said is right there is not update App/SP for android to perform dashboard and crystal report, these update will be implemented may be in 2014 Q1 according to SAP associate, but there is another way to execute the dashboard in the android with the help of web link but the android which support html5 and flash in the device.
