Help finding new data and changes

Hi guys,

Each day I get refreshed data from another organisation from a period of time (30days) which is uploaded in to our BO universe and performance reports are scheduled to show new events from the last 24 hours.
The problem is that this data changes for new events from the last 24 hours but also pre-existing data also changes and new events are added to the data which did not happen in the last 24 hours. Therefore current performance reports fail to pick up on these changes to new events and increments in existing data.

I now need to create and schedule a report which highlights these changes and I could easily do this on excel using vlookup and rules however I have not done this on BO so any help would be welcomed.

Can you please suggest any tools or methods in BO which is capable of flagging the following:

• new incidents not from the last 24 hours
• changes to the existing events in the 30 days of data

Hello.

Have a look at the functionality called Tracking.

There are a few youtube videos about that show you how it works. 5-10 minutes watching one or two of those should show you if you can apply it to your situation. :slight_smile:
