Hi All
We are running the latest versions of BOB and Crystal and have not been able to sucessfully get scheduling of a Crystal report to work thru InfoView. It runs interactively fine… Is there some type of setting we are missing? We are running on windows…

We are running Crystal 2008
It ends in a Pending state…

Log in to the Central Management Console and check the ‘servers’ section. Make sure that the ‘Crystal Reports Job Server’ is running and enabled (are the icons for all the servers the same).

thanks for he Help everyone…
I found the issue, for some reason we were missing the “Crystal Reports Scheduling” server/Service, after I added it in, it resolved the issue.
These were new server installs, so it leads me to beleive that this service is not setup automatically?

Good to hear its working again, but it should have been created when you installed the product.
Maybe you should run the Diagnostic Tool to make sure all functionality is working for that environment.

Another Interesting note; Webi Scheduling worked out of the box, it was just Crystal that was having an issue with scheduling.
