Hi,
When I save a document as a HTML document, the headers and footers are not converted. Is this a bug or do I mis something?

I don’t think you’ve missed anything. I already have an enhancement request with them because their saving as HTML and RTF leave a lot to be desired (the latter more than the former). For example in RTF the headers and footers go, the page layout is not carried over etc. All of which is possible in proper RTF. It means that we have to go into Word and reformat the report having already done it once in BusObj - Irritating !!!
There are a number of other things that could be improved in their ‘Save As’ options.

Johan,
You haven’t missed anything. I have been using a ‘Workaround’ by using a Floating table that contains a Single Cell with the Title of the Report and another Table that Contains the Footer of the report. (Insert a Table, but don’t show any data, just key in the information you would like to show).
I understand that some of this can be automated (by creating the HTML objects and including them in your Query), but I haven’t really played with this solution. It should be as simple as selecting TEXT in the Universe Design (though you will have to work through the escape characters to avoid bad parsing).
It would be nice to be able to create custom frames for Headers and Footers… Has anyone worked on this as a possible solution? -rm
