Quick question. I’ve searched and searched for this but didn’t find any threads where there was an actual resolution.
I’m using a bar graph to display number of calls received over x time frame, this works fine as long as the total calls are over 5 for any given time frame. Once the calls drop below 5 for all the time frames displayed the y-axis scale adds in 2 decimal places. So instead of 1,2,3,4,5 I have 0.00,0.40,0.80,1.20 etc. I’ve tried setting the minimum scale to 1 but this doesn’t work. It fixes the issue if I set the maximum scale but the problem here is that I’m trying to use it with a drill for multiple queues whose maximum call volumes vary wildly (one may only get a max of 3 calls any given time frame while the other might get 500).
Is there any way around this or is it just a shortcoming of Webi?
But when i set max value more then 12 the values starts * 2 if the value is odd then +2
??? And my requirement is i wont to display all no from 1 to 500…
You could export to excel and then set y axis preferences there however if you have every number from 1-500 on the axis your information will be lost in the noise.
one more thing just for my knowledge when we select a chart is there any parameters were we can set the y-axis values default valuation…
eg:when i select max value 20 it *2 can we edit that valuation?
There are properties for BO charts. They are somewhat limited and counter intuitive but values come from your source data. To set properties open the properties editor expand it to show all properties (quite a few) and have a play to see what you can do.
