In the Graph Options section on Dashboard Builder, there is a field called Goal Value. But, for some reason it’s “greyed out”. Anyone know why that could be? I’d like to use it.

It most likely is a licence issue, you will need the Performance Management licence, in addition to Dashboard Builder to work with goals.
