Global Address Cleanse Error

I am new to BODS.

I have following set of files in my reference_Data folder:

ga_country.dir
ga_directory_db.xml
ga_locaity.dir
ga_region.dir
lacsw.txt
lacsx.txt
lacsy.ll
lacsz.ll
dpvw.txt
dpvx.txt
dpvy.dpv
dpvz.dpv

While executing the job I am getting error : Check the path and filename specified for the ZIP4SHS directory.

DLL <libgactransformu.so> runtime function failed with error <4>.

I am running the same Data set with same files on sandbox it works well.

Any help in this regard is really appreciated.

There is a bug in DataServices where it will randomly truncate the path names as defined in your substitution variables. (UNC paths)

I cannot say for sure that this is your issue, but myself and my admin banged our heads against this for a couple hours one day. He watched the file request on the server and the path was clearly getting chopped off. The really weird thing was that if you changed the path to something shorter, it STILL truncated it. Then if we changed the base folder name to something else… ya then it worked just fine.
