Glf files trace - Rich client

Hello,

using bi 4.3 sp4,

Rich Client generate some glf files, only for few users, whereas no glf files for other.

Any idea ?

no WebIRichClient_trace.ini exist on pc

i tried to create one WebIRichClient_trace for these users, to override and put active=false, but still glf files are created…

The files may be getting generated based on the %InstallDir%\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\conf\BO_trace.ini file. I don’t know of a way to disable the logging though.

WebIRichClient_trace.ini won’t exist by default, it would have to be created.

I’m not sure what else to look into.
