Getting error at the time of Delta loading via Extractor.

Hi All,

In my project I’m using SAP Extractor as a Source and SQL server as a target. All the extractor are working fine in Full Load but when I’m doing Delta load some of the extractor giving error “Internal error <Extractor: E_NO_MORE_DATA is not set but no row is returned> occurred.”

I already sync with SAP team regarding this issue but they are saying ,might be some problem in BODS side. I have tested all the scenarios but getting same error .I’m just pulling data from SAP to SQL database by using direct mapping nothing more.

My BODS version is 4.0. the source Extractor is custom Extractor.

If anyone know about this error or having some Idea please update me.

That error did ring a bell, in my email archive I found the following comment:

SAP Note 1575796 - No data records, but no E_NO_MORE_DATA

Can you check if you have installed this SAP Note. Actually you should check where this SAP Note is included in and install the entire set.

you mean to say, I need to install some SAP Note 1575796 in server or something different. Could you please elaborate this line.

or I need to reinstall BODS with different configuration(SAP Note).

where I can get this SAP note.

It is not installing the SAP Notes. Basically you will have instructions for problem description and the solution.

This specific one looks like a BASIS one. So I suspect that this should be a patch to SAP system or something.

To access the SAP Notes, you should have a SAP S-Id and access service.sap.com/support and access the Help & Support Tab and choose Search for SAP Notes and give this NOTE number.

Maybe pass along the note to SAP BASIS Team and ask them to have a look.
