Hi,
Few of my Users are getting the Blank page (only BO Logo on the portal is visible) as attached when they try open the Inforview portal.
But most of the other users and dev team are able to open the portal properly.
All the using the current(6.0.2900.5512) version of Internet Explorer.
Hoping that it could be problem with .net or java platforms, we also uninstalled everything on our system and checked but still my infoview is opening properly.
Please let me know if anybody faced this kind of issue.
