geting error while loading Extractor into DB

hi…
I am loading an Extractor of (OCO_OM_CCA_9) COPA in delta mode into SQL db.
I was getting an
error: like data flow xxxx can’t start thread.
warnings: your system is running low on virtual memory.
total size is <81342>, available <91>. and continues warnings up to available<7>.

i am not able to understand which side is error neither sap r/3 side or bods side, please hlep me.

Certainly not the extractor (source) as there we read in batches. Always.
