Generation of a group of reports / documents by the user

Hi folks,

I am quite new to BO and to this forum anyway.

I am quite sure that my question is misplaced, but I did not know where to put it else.

One of our users wants to trigger the generation of a group of reports with consequent storing of the resulting documents (pdf, xls) on a hard drive within our network.

This is NOT a scheduling issue, he wants kind of “GUI”, where he can select a predefined group of reports (the information related to the available report groups is quite statical and could be stored in a database) and start the generation of the reports (passing a parameter for the date range, for which the reports should be generated).

The user is familiar with InfoView. Ideally the implementation would be based on a web browser and the generation of the reports (documents) should be sequential for performance reasons.

I checked the documentation for the publishing stuff already, but this seems to be confined to scheduling and a single report each time.

Any hint or idea will be appreciated.
