Generate EDI files from BO

Is it possible to generate Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files (ANSI X12 spec 837, Professional Claim) using Crystal reports or Webi. ? please advise if anyone worked on it.

I’d imagine it’s possible. At the very least it can collate the data into a text file then you can change the format of the output with a simple save as operation.

Try creating a basic file from spreadsheet data first before putting too much effort into a fully-sourced Webi report.
