Running Data Services 3.2.
Receiving the following error:

We have tried all the suggestions found in BOB and SAP. We have imported the urac, shared the folder, verified the passwords in both the Designer and Management Console, everything except recreating the local repository. Are there any other possible solutions that we can try other than this?
