FTP from Mainframe

Hi All,

I am trying to get a file from Mainfram in DI.
I have a task in which i am trying to download a file on my local system.
Can i do this thing in DI.

Please help me.

To answer your question -yes you can use FTP to either upload or download files. I’m not quite sure about BODS 4.x but 3.x has no internal FTP functionality. However you can use shell calls to use an external FTP / sFTP program or use the FTP commands supported by Windows, Linux / UNIX.
