FRM0003 File is corrupted and cannot be opened

We are using BObj 5.01. Customer is getting FRM0003 error when attempting to save a large monthly report to C drive. Happened last month also, about the same time of the month. NT machine was re-cided last mth thinking it was machine problem since machine was acting flakey (may still be). Is it possible that it is hard disk problem or size of report problem? Please advise. How big is the report? Have you tried saving it on another machine? Where is the report coming from … the repository? Have you tried purging the data, refreshing the data and saving again? Have you tried saving it as another report name?
