At the moment my deski users do noot have the drop down option to create a report using freehand sql.
I do not know where to go to grant this access.
Please help.

Hi,
Depending on which BO version you use, you enable this feature to users either in Supervisor (BO version up to 6.5) or in CMC (BO version from XI).

@ Jansi: You mean a screenshot of CMC in the forum right? and not CMC itself! The ease with which you solve queries, I am sure you would know the CMC functions in and out!

No need to login with Administrator to use “Use Free-hand SQL” is the right option for your requirement.
Can you attach the rights you have given to user on DesktopIntelligence Application?
