Just to let everyone know this FP is now posted.
It fixes the SSO/Kerberos issue with clusters, for one. Now how could you let that get throught and take 5 FP’s to fix…

Click on Enity by Application Group
SAP Business Objects
BOBJ Enterprise and from there I think you can mange the rest.
According to a suppor engineer this is the place of all patches going forward. At least for right now
