Hello.
I have a formula which combines data from 3 sperate columns in my database. In each of three columns, the data included are survey results w/ response ranging from Always, Usually, Sometimes, Never.
I have running totals set up for each column to count all of the “Always” responses. Then I have a seperate formula field which shows “Always” responses as a percenatge of the overall total of repondents in all 3 columns. Think of it as a “domain” score: (RTotal1 + RTotal2 + RTotal3)/(OverallColumn1 + OverallColumn2 + OverallColumn3) = % ‘Always’ responses
The overall domain formula outputs correctly when used in the report, however when I go into Chart Expert I can see all of my running totals but not the % Always formula I created. Therefore I cannot plot this domain % Always on my graph (currently a Gauge chart).
Is there any work around to get this combination of reponses to appear within the chart?
