Formatting report for exporting to pdf

Hi,

I am new to BO. I have a requirement where I need to save report in PDF format.

However, if there are more number of columns, the pdf file shows them on different pages.

I want to show all the columns on single page when i save it in PDF.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,
You need to change the page layout in the webi to see that you are having all columns in one single page and then export it to PDF.

  1. Adjust your report rows/columns to autofit or for some fixed size, it helps you in reducing report size.

  2. Change page layout also: Portrait or Landscape or A4 or A3 etc…,

Thanks

I am afraid that BOCP has the only solution. There’s not an option like “fit on one page” available in WEBI, like there is in DESKI.

Hello Phonque,

FYI no where i mentioned “Fit on one page”, please see once again.

I said, change the Display properties of columns/rows to “Autofit” or exact size.

Thanks

Exactly! :yesnod:
And because, unfortunately, there is no such thing as “autofit” you have the best solution for this problem…
