Forgot Administrator password and cannot login to CMC

Hi All,

I forgot my Administrator password and cannot login to any Business Objects enterprise system applications,including CMC. Given this scenario, how do I disable login to enable me to login to CMC and reset my password?

Unfortunately, I am on XI 3.1 and the table is not the same. What is the table in which user id and passwords are stored. I do not see any such table in Xi 3.1.

Please help!

It seems like the technique suggested for XIr2 can’t be applied for XI 3.1. This is my concern too, because when I create a backup administrator account and try to log into CMC using it, I get just a blank screen and I have tried to do it with a few of them. Still don’t have any response from BO/SAP tech support:(

I had similar issue, I have logged into one of the development server after few months and I was not able to recollect admin password.

Work around:-

  1. Stop Server Intelligence agent - CCM
  2. I have deleted record from CMS_INFOOBJECTS6 where
    ObjectID=12 or 13.
  3. Restart Server Intelligence Agent
  4. Login into CMC with Administrator Account with no Password
