Folder level security.

Hello ALL,

We have a folder called "Central " as a main folder and other folders for central cities.
We want all the central group should be as follows

1.Viewers can add/update/delete report
2.All members of central groups should see all folders for central cites.
People should have access to both the “Central” folder and their specific state / market’s folder.

It is currently setup where everyone who has access has full control. We need to have a distinction between viewers and owners as it relates to read and write access.

Any help would be appreciated.

Give the owners the Full Control access level, and give everyone else View On Demand.
