fold-unfold toolbar disappear in Webi in view mode

I have fold-unfold toolbar on the Webi report (BO 3.1 SP3) and it is working fine in EDIT mode .
But it gets disappear in view mode.

Any idea what is happening ??

Got it.
It works only in Webi Interactive view mode.
I set it in the preferences and is working fine with breaks now.
