Filtering second prompt depending on first prompt

Hi,
I have a report requirement that if a user enters value in the first prompt then the second prompt should display values related to first prompt only.

for example: dept number: 10 has branch numbers as 11,111,1111 and dept number: 20 has branch numbers as 22,222,2222.
first prompt is enter dept number and users enters it as 10, so the second prompt should display the list values of dept 10 only, i mean it should display 11,111,1111 and the users selects one from this list.

Please help me with the logic for this. I have posted the topic in Universe Designer section as i thought related changes have to be applied in universe only.
