File system scheduled webi reports failing

Hello
Suddenly our webi scheduled reports were failing which have file system as destination but default and email based are working.
We checked the destination file path all the destinations are available (It worked until two days back but suddenly having issue with only file system destination jobs)
Also in BIadminstudio wps 1&2 are in grey but their status is in green in SIA and also in the CMC.
Can anyone please give a solution.

The first thing I would suspect is that the account that is being used to write the files out to the file system has lost access to the location. What that account will be depends on how you have your destinations configured. By default, the account that runs your Server Intelligence Agent will be the account used. This is unless a different account is specified for the individual reports or in the configuration of the Adaptive Job Server.

The Adaptive Job Server is the server than handles the scheduling and writing of files to the file system, not the Web Intelligence Processing Server. If you are not getting an error for the generated instance when the write to file system is failing, you can check the aps log files.

Gray status items in the BI Admin Studio means that monitoring is not enabled for those particular services.

The jobs run very rarely with success status sometimes so there is no issue with account write and read access and we also checked the configuration and biadminstudio related the monitoring is enabled and has the correct path :confused:.
We have similar BIAdminstudio health status fail in all the three environments but a the servers are in green status and in UAT we are able to run all reports file system based without any issue and also we observed o lap connections in idt when checked previously were working but now they show sso token or password is empty error in all three environments.
Could you please guide me how can I check in uat by giving the prod file paths in uat and run the same reports ( I know that I need to update the destination file path with prod paths but apart from that what else u need to do )
Dunno whether this is a security patch issue as all the three environments BIAdminstudio shows fail status

I am unable to provide you with additional guidance, I have my own system to administer. If you need additional assistance, I would suggest opening a case with SAP.

Can you post the error message you see when you click on the Failed Status?

It shows source file error. [No such file or directory]: [CrystalEnterprise: DiskUnmanaged]

Actually in UAT and Dev we have same file paths and same BIAdminstudio error but file system based reports are working. In Prod it worked sometime and most of the time not working and account access and file paths everything is clean check including servers in prod
