Our security team recently began requiring network passwords to have a minimum length of 13 characters. This seems to be causing a problem when routing output to a file system destination. The scheduled instance fails with the following message:
Error Message: login error. [Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.]: [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]
The Password field seems to accommodate 21 characters but perhaps it is not able to read it when the instance completes and the BO server tries to write the output to the file system? Anyone else run into this with long passwords?
