Hello,
is there any way we can get the file size of Reports ( both private and public) present in the environment. We are having more then 100,000 + reports and around 1.5 TB of FRS data. we want to delete all the old data and needs to have file size of every reports present in the environment

Try to Implement the Instance limit either by number of instances or by Date. This will reduce your number of old instance so as the FRS space.

which operating system do you have?
As the reports are lying at the OS level we need to check it at the OS.
If it is windows:
Default path: C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\FileStore\Input
use any utility which will list files with required details. i would suggest windirstat.
If it is linux:
Default path:/Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\FileStore\Input
use the tree command which will list all the files, size and date of creation

The challenge is that you cannot easily relate the files themselves back to what’s in the repository. If you delete files through the OS, you’ll end up with orphaned records in the repository that don’t point to a file.
As suggested above, it would be a better idea to set limits on your folders and/or reports in the CMC. You can do this two ways - either by setting the number of days to keep reports or the maximum number of instances to keep.
