Faulting application crw32.exe, mfc80u.dll

Hello, Crystal Report 2008,SP2 crashes without message when refreshing report using Prompts(Dynamic and static).
In Event Viewer I find the error message ‘Faulting application crw32.exe, version 12.2.0.290, faulting module mfc80u.dll, version 8.0.50727.762, fault address 0x00054331’.

Is the problem from Crystal or Microsoft?
mfc80u.dll = Microsoft fundation classes

Please help me to find a fix.

Crystal 2008, SP2, MS-Server 2003, 64bits

Did you ever get a fix for this? I am getting a similar error; however, it’s an HP driver that’s the culprit, not a MS foundation class.
