Failed to Load Persisted View - (LO26620)

I’ve had a BI Workspace which contains a couple of dashboards set up on my Launch Pad home page for a few months now. Everytime I open the lauchpad they refreshed and showed the correct info.

Today when I open the Launch Pad I get and error message
“Failed to Load Persisted View (LO 26620)”

I’ve googled this error message and all I can find is people saying my Live Office client mismatches my Business Objects Live Office Web Service. Nothing has changed on my system overnight so why should they now be different.
Also, how do I find which version I have of both the web srvice and client.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I have also gotten that if you use an unsupported browser. When using live office connections, I know a lot can go wrong.
