Failed to create empty document

Hi All,

When trying to open Xcelsius it is giving the following error.

Failed to create empty document. Plese screenshot for your reference in the attachment.

I am using Xcelsius 2008 and operating system is Windows Server 2003

Issue is resolved by reinstalling the Adobe.

Hello I have recently installed the Xcelsius 2008 trial. I got an error when installing that I didn’t have Office XP or higher installed. (I have Office 2002 - on Win XP pro) . I followed these steps to fix the prob and installed oK. http://technicalsupport.businessobjects.com/cs/forums/thread/19885.aspx Now when I try and open Xcelsius I get the error “Failed to create empty document.” I’ve searched google and found one suggestion to upgrade flash player.
