Extract of schedule reports with additional details ?

Hello,

We are using BO XI R2, SP3.

I was wondering if it is possible to get more details as compared to the Report Instance Manager at:
http://BOPATH/businessobjects/enterprise115/adminlaunch/instancesByStatus/Rlogonform.jsp

At present we get the name of the report, the date on which it is supposed to run, the path where the report is saved,and the user with whom the report is scheduled.I would like to have all the reports in one screen like the report instance manager ,because I need to create audit for all the recurring reports and their recipients . And it would be great to have all .the data in one screen

I would like to have details on the actual schedule, for example: Run everyday at XX time, or Run from Monday - Friday at XX time etc. Also, a list of the emails (destinations) to whom the report will be sent as an email attachment.

Also, is it possible to create a list of reports which use events? I know I can get a similiar result by setting the status = Pending, but then this will give only the list of reports which have been launched, but are waiting for the event to occur.

You might browse the list of scripts in BOB’s Downloads, but I’m not sure there is anything this comprehensive. You can also get part of this information from Auditor now. To get the full set prior to anything actually running, you’ll need to leverage the SDK or 3rd party tools that pull this data for you.
