Exposing BO 3.1 universes via web services

Hi
Please help me to find out a way to expose BO 3.1 universe objects to web services.
I am able to use Query as a Web Service tool to create a collection of objects. When I publish it I get a URL which can be consumed via SOAP protocol.
However I am looking to get a URL which can be consumed via REST protocol. Can we do that/

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi,

RESTful web services have been introduced only in the latest BO version BI 4.0 SP4. Before this version, only soap based web services are available.

Let me know if you know of something which helps in doing the same in BO3.1. May be using SDK customization or something.
