Exporting Problem

Hi, i have a report with 2 Data Providers. my user need to export this report into excel file. if i am using BO’s export format it exports the data provider wise. so the data in excel file is different form what i am showing in the report. how to export the Report to excel with out changing the format. Please help me …

Or alternatively save as HTML document and open that through Excel.

If you have version 6 then Save as XLS comes as standard and preserves formatting.

Have you tried the export script from the BOB Downloads section?

Have you tried going to the menu bar, click on Edit>Select All. Go to Excel and hit Ctrl V. This should copy the data as you see it on the report.

That should be Edit–>Copy All…
