I’m trying to connect to SAP BI Platform but lumira just continuously loading.
Can someone help me on this.

What happens if you post the web service URL in a Browser? Any result. You should get a bit of XML\Soap Header back.

It sound like its a communication issue then, between your machine and the SAP BI Server. Youd need to get access to the server, try the same test in a Browser on there, if it still doesn`t work, check the WACS is running and also the Web Services are configured with the right machine names\IP addresses in CMC > Applications > Web Services & Restful Web Service.
Could also be the firewall blocking the port the web services are running on.

By chance are you working in a Citrix envirnment?
Which version of Lumira and SAP BI BusObjects are you using?
Has the Lumira BIO server add-on been installed on the SAP BI BusObjects platform?
