Export Webi Document to Excel or PDF-Save as window no focus

Create a Webi Document (Webi XI3.1)
Select: Save to my computer as excel

Normally a window opens up with pop up box e.g. File Download - Open Save etc

What is happening is the window/popup does not come up… it is hidden behind the screen/minimised to toolbar.

Same thing happens was save to my computer as pdf, but not csv

Anyone come across this before?

I’ve faced the same issue with my Cognos reports to Excel. It got resolved when I turned off pop up blocker and adding the site to the trusted sites list. May be you can give a try too.
