Export data in excel

hi everyone,

we have a problem.
this is what happens when i try to export data in excel (or also in pdf) more times:

open report with prompt on company; choosing company X
after receving data, i export in excel; it work correctly
in excel ’ have data of company X; i close ecel
i refresh report, choosing company Y
after receving data, i export in excel, but…
when i open excel i found in it data of company X :astonished:

i try to close e reopen report, also to logout e relogin in BI Launch PAD… but nothing, in the excel alway data of company X are exported!

Have you never had the same issue? Anyone knows about solution.

we also tried to reboot the server, empty the browser cache…

did this only happens when refreshing the report with another selection or
does WebI always exports Company X although Z is selected ?

did you check the filename that is created when export is done ?
if the first file is not deleted, the second file will be named like …(1).xlsx, the third export will be …(2).xlsx, etc.

If you have access to another web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, etc.) does this same behavior occur there?

it happens when i refresh report, or close and re-open it.
if i close it, open another report and then reopen the report, it’s ok

we have sap business object 4.2 sp 5

last friday i’ve tried with firefox and it works!!! :slight_smile:
…this morning, i used I.E. and… it works! :scream:
