am getting following error while extracting data from an extractor
Extractor returned error: <E: MESSAGE - Exception condition ‘’ has occurred. I: MESSAGE_V1 - CL_ODQ_SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICE===CP
how could we solve this problem

The next step would be to go into the transaction ODQMON and check what kind of errors you find for that subscription, deltaqueue and request. I don’t have a useful page for showing the individual steps yet.
