Excel Export - Slow

Hi
We have developed Crystal reports using Crystal Report Developer Xi. On our report we have one subreport. When we export data into Excel , its taking more than 1 hour(2227 records). :sleeping:

Please help on this.

To be certain of my suspicions, I design a report with subreport that retrieved more than 2,227 records and exported it in less than one second.

Here is my suspicion: the computer on which you are running the report may be short of resources. Crystal Reports is RAM intensive. If you do not have enough memory and lack sufficient hard drive space, reports will be sluggish or will not run at all.

Can you install Crystal on a computer with plenty of resources and do an export from there? If the time is significantly shorter then it is a hardware issue.
