Hello all,

A newbie question, it is about how works a scheduling of a report depending on a value into the database.

Is it possible to schedule a report depending on a value of one colum into a table of the database. Do we need to update the universe of the report, creating a dedicated indicator on the column ?

Hi, I have scheduled a report that send out mail on daily basis with an attachment. Problem is even if there is no data, email goes out with blank attachment. I am using BO XI R2, is there any way to do this. While searching on this forum, I came across similar topic suggesting a object to be built in universe. I am not interested to do this. With a little modification you could engineer the failure mechanism to respond to a dynamic condition or a calculated value.
