Errro open the document using infoview

Hi All,

I got this error when i try to open the document using infoview,

    "The document can't be retrieved from the file repository server. Please contact your BusinessObjects administrator. Error: WIS 30951) ".

I did the following for troubleshoot but no use,

    1) Tried restarting IFRS and OFRS Components 
    2) Tried restarting the entire set of BO Components 
    3) Got the UID and located the file in CMS DB and File.
    4) Tried to open in the WebI Rich Client

Can any one please suggest me to resolve this error.

Hi,

I have read that document and try that procedure but no use.
