After creating report and save it, I unable to open, and it was message “WebIntelligence cannot perform the intended action on this document. (Error: WIS 30650) (Error: INF )”
I’ve seen those post, but i dont have access to BO support so i cant get the hotfix.
I create and refresh the report in WebI, i save it to corporate document, and the when i opened it, the error occur.
But when i save to personal document, it run properly (drill, etc) but the when loading it, takes a long time (the report size is 300,000 K).
It not happen with other report (less than 30,000K)
I wonder if you haven’t reached a threshhold with the Corporate Document file space and caching? Corporate documents get handled differently to Personal documents re space and caching.
Depending on your admin settings, it could be that this document causes a purge to bring the available space back to 70% or whatever your setting is and this might just be causing some contention or conflicts in the backend?
Try changing some of the space and cache handling settings in the admin tool
