Error while trying to load Business Query

Getting the following error while trying to load Business query (an add-in in excel) : “the key file name given in the command line does not exist in the data folder ( USR0061)” .

Business Objects version : 5.1.7
Excel 2003

The BOmain.key has been placed in the proper location. Business Objects works fine. Can anyone assist ?
